REFRESH PLUS ® Eye Drops are indicated for the temporary relief of irritation and discomfort associated with dry eyes or exposure to wind or sun. Each mL contains: Carmellose sodium 5 mg. No antimicrobial preservative. How to Use: Make sure container is intact before use. To open completely twist off tab then pull to remove. Dosage: Instil 1 or 2 drops into each eye as needed or as directed. Precautions: For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. If irritation persists or increases discontinue use and consult your healthcare professional. To avoid contamination do not touch tip to any surface. Use once and discard unused contents.
